Is Your Lamp Damaged?
If your lamp is physically damaged, please don’t try to repair it yourself.
DIY repairs or internal modifications are not covered by our warranty and could affect your chance of getting a replacement.
Minor cosmetic changes that don’t affect how the lamp works (like adding a little color with a marker) are generally fine. For more details, visit our Limited Warranty section of our website.

An authorized distributor
…your lamp is covered for the first year by our Limited Warranty!
This includes any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
However, it doesn’t cover:
Damage from drops or spills
Customer-caused issues
Acts of nature (like lightning or floods)

Extended Warranty
Keeping your Remote Touch subscription active for any Friendship Lamp will extend the warranty for as long as your subscription remains active.
Third-Party Warranties
Some authorized sellers (like Uncommon Goods) may offer an additional warranty if you purchased directly from them. Our team is still happy to help with troubleshooting, but for replacements under their warranty, they might ask you to go through them.
