If your Friendship Lamp stopped responding after a power outage, storm, or internet interruption, it may have temporarily lost its connection to Wi-Fi.
This is common and usually easy to fix.
Signs Your Lamp May Be Offline
Your lamp may be offline if you notice:
• It doesn’t light up when touched
• It blinks but doesn’t stay on
• It stays one solid color and doesn’t respond
• It stopped sending or receiving touches
You can also check its status by logging into manager.filimin.com and viewing your dashboard.
Step 1: Restart the Lamp
Unplug the lamp from power.
Wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
When the lamp restarts, it should reconnect automatically if the Wi-Fi network is available.
Step 2: Check Your Internet
After a power outage, your router may still be reconnecting.
Try restarting your router:
Unplug your router.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and allow a few minutes for internet service to return.
Once your internet is restored, your lamp should reconnect automatically.
Step 3: Watch the Lamp’s Lights
Your lamp may blink during reconnection.
Different colors indicate different statuses.

Step 4: If the Lamp Still Won’t Reconnect
If the lamp still appears offline after restarting both the lamp and router, you may need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi.
