How to Set Up Your FriendLi Subscription

Your FriendLi lamp needs an active subscription to work. Here’s how to get started in just a few steps!

📲 Step 1: Download the Friendship Lamp App

Download the Friendship Lamp app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Already have the app? Make sure it’s up to date for the best experience!

🔗 Step 2: Connect Your Lamp

1. Open the app and log in or create an account.

2. Follow the prompts to connect your lamp to Wi-Fi.

   • Your lamp will pulse green while searching.

💡 Step 3: Activate Your Subscription

Once your lamp is online, it will pulse red to let you know it needs a subscription.

1. In the app, tap the Subscriptions tab.

2. Choose your plan:

   • $2.99/month or $25.49/year per lamp

   • Bundle pricing available for 2 or 3 lamps

3. Select the lamp(s) you want to activate.

4. Enter your payment info and confirm your subscription.

That’s it! Your lamp will stop pulsing red and be ready to send and receive touches.

🧠 Good to Know

• Each FriendLi lamp needs its own subscription.

• You can manage up to 3 lamps per mobile device.

• Each device can only link to one lamp at a time for Remote Touch.

• Subscriptions can be managed, upgraded, or canceled anytime in the app.

❌ What if I skip this step?

Your FriendLi lamp will continue to pulse red and won’t respond to touches until a subscription is active.
