If you’ve recently changed your WiFi network name (SSID) or password, your Friendship Lamp will need to be updated to stay connected. There are two ways to update the WiFi info depending on whether your lamp is currently connected.
✅ Option 1: If your lamp is still connected to WiFi

Open the Friendship Lamp App

Tap the Menu Icon
Look for the three lines (≡) in the top left or right corner of the screen to open the main menu. -
Select “Update WiFi Credentials”
This option lets you enter your new WiFi name and password. -
Follow the prompts
Enter the new network information and wait a few moments for your lamp to reconnect.
🔁 Option 2: If your lamp is not connected or you don’t see the “Update WiFi” option
If your lamp is offline or the “Update WiFi Credentials” option isn’t available in the app, you’ll need to reset the lamp and set it up like new:

Factory Reset the Lamp
Follow the instructions in this guide to reset your lamp. -
Go through the Setup Again
Once the reset is complete, go through the setup process again using your new WiFi network and password.
