What is a Filimin Bridge and why would I use it?

The Filimin Bridge is a small black box (about the size of a brownie!) that helps connect your Friendship Lamp to Wi-Fi—without needing to use our app or website. It’s a great option if you want a quick and easy setup.

How does it work?

Just plug the Filimin Bridge into your router or modem and leave it connected. That’s it! Once it's set up, your Friendship Lamp will stay online as long as it's within your home’s Wi-Fi range. You’re free to move the lamp around your house—no need to keep it near the bridge.

Already bought a Set of Two Lamps?

If your Friendship Lamps came as a Set of Two, they’re already paired and ready to light up for each other—no extra setup needed!

Bought a Single Lamp?

If you purchased a lamp by itself, you’ll need to register it to:

• Join a group with another lamp

• Create your own group and invite others

• Access fun settings like Fade Time, Sleep Time, and Color Options

Can I use my lamp without the Filimin Bridge?

Yes! If you prefer not to use a bridge—or don’t have access to a router—you can still connect your lamp using our app. Just make sure to unplug the bridge completely from both the router and the power outlet before switching to the app setup.

Have a 5 GHz-only router?

If your Wi-Fi network doesn’t support 2.4 GHz (which Friendship Lamps need), the Filimin Bridge can help you connect without needing to change your router settings.
