Which products use this cord?

The replacement USB-C power cord is compatible with newer Friendship Lamps that use a USB-C power connection, including many:

• Classic Friendship Lamps
• Modern Friendship Lamps
• Mid-Century Friendship Lamps

If your lamp was made before the USB-C update, it may use a different power cord.

Does this cord work with FriendLi?

No. FriendLi lamps use a different power cord and are not compatible with the USB-C replacement cord.

How do I know which cord my lamp needs?

Look at the power port on your lamp.

A USB-C port is small, rounded, and symmetrical. The plug can be inserted either direction.

If you are not sure which cord your lamp uses, contact support before ordering.

Please include:

• Your Lamp ID or a photo of the label on the bottom of the lamp
• A photo of the power port
• The lamp model, if you know it

My lamp still will not turn on with a new cord

If your lamp does not power on after trying a replacement cord:

1. Try a different wall outlet.
2. Make sure the cord is fully connected to the lamp.
3. Check whether the lamp shows any startup lights.
4. Contact support for additional troubleshooting.
