Where Can I Find My User ID?

Your User ID is different from your Lamp ID.

The Lamp ID identifies your Friendship Lamp or Frame. The User ID identifies your app account.

You can find your User ID inside the Friendship Lamps App.

How to find your User ID

1. Open the Friendship Lamps App.
2. Tap the three lines in the upper-left corner.
3. Look at the top of the menu.

If you are signed in, your User ID should appear at the top of the menu.

I do not see my User ID

If your User ID does not appear, make sure you are signed in to the app.

If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team and we can help.

User ID vs. Lamp ID

Your User ID is found inside the Friendship Lamps App.

Your Lamp ID is usually printed on the label on the bottom of your lamp or frame.

If support asks for your User ID, please send the User ID from the app menu, not the Lamp ID from the bottom of the lamp.
