Since you can only provide one shipping address per order, we cannot ship multiple Filimin Devices from a single order to multiple places. However, we'd be more than happy to group together separate orders so you can provide a different shipping address for each! This way you can pair together two Filimin Devices, three, four, or even more, and have them all delivered to different places! Grouping Filimin.com orders
You’ll need to place a separate order for each address you’d like to ship to. If you’re only sending one lamp to each address, make sure to select a “Single Add-on” instead of “Set of 2”.
Place your first order normally and save the order number. When you go to place additional orders that you’d like grouped with the first, paste the first order number into the “Special instructions” box (bottom left corner of your shopping cart) before checking out.
Make sure to update the shipping address on any additional orders.
Grouping Amazon orders
You’ll need to place a separate order for each address you’d like to ship to. Custom grouping on Amazon can only be done with Single lamps, so if you'd like to ship a Set of 2 to one of the locations, place that order first. If you'd like to group multiple Sets of 2, please contact support.
Place your first order normally and save the order number. When you go to place additional orders for single lamps, you will be prompted to customize your lamps before adding them to your cart. Enter the order number from your original order in the Grouping option box (shown below) on the subsequent order(s) to have the lamps grouped before shipping.
Uncommon Goods, The Grommet, and other platforms
These distributors carry their own stock of our product, so we do not have access to order information on their platform. Because of this, we cannot offer custom groupings for these orders. You can adjust your devices' group settings after the orders are delivered by setting them up to Wi-Fi and registering them to an account on manager.filimin.com. Please note that we cannot pair new orders to Filimin Devices that have already been configured by a customer. For more information, please see Can I add new devices to my existing group?.
