Friendship Lamps support can help troubleshoot Friendship Lamps and Frames, but return, refund, and warranty options may depend on where the product was purchased.
Use the information below if your lamp was purchased from Amazon, another retailer, a marketplace, or secondhand.
I purchased from the Friendship Lamps website
If you ordered directly from our website, our support team can help with:
- Order questions
- Tracking questions
- Returns
- Warranty review
- Replacements
- Troubleshooting
- Replacement parts when available
Please contact support with your order number and Lamp ID.
I purchased from Amazon
If your lamp was purchased from Amazon, returns and refunds are usually handled through Amazon according to Amazon’s return policy.
Our support team can still help troubleshoot the lamp.
For warranty or replacement review, we may ask for:
- Your Amazon order number
- Proof of purchase
- The purchase date
- The Lamp ID
- A photo of the label on the bottom of the lamp
- Photos or videos showing the issue
I purchased from another retailer or marketplace
If your lamp was purchased from another retailer, that retailer’s return and refund policy may apply.
This may include purchases from:
- Retail stores
- Online marketplaces
- Gift shops
- Auction or donation events
- Third-party sellers
Our support team can still help troubleshoot the product and review available options.
Please include proof of purchase when contacting support.
I received the lamp as a gift
We can still help troubleshoot a gifted lamp.
For returns, refunds, warranty review, or replacements, we may need information from the original purchaser, such as:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Purchase date
- Retailer name
If you do not have that information, contact support with the Lamp ID and any details you do have.
I bought or received a secondhand lamp
Secondhand lamps may not qualify for warranty coverage, returns, or refunds.
This includes lamps purchased or received through:
- Facebook Marketplace
- eBay
- Craigslist
- Thrift stores
- Yard sales
- Friends or family
- Other resale sources
We can still try to help with setup, Lamp ID issues, and basic troubleshooting.
If the app says the Lamp ID is already registered, see Lamp ID Issues: Missing, Invalid, or Already Registered.
The lamp says it is already registered
A lamp may already be registered if it was previously set up by another owner.
If you bought or received the lamp secondhand, contact support before trying to claim it repeatedly.
Please include:
- The Lamp ID or a photo of the label on the bottom of the lamp
- Where you purchased or received the lamp
- The error message shown in the app
Can I return a lamp purchased from another seller?
Returns are usually handled by the original seller.
If the lamp was not purchased directly from the Friendship Lamps website, please contact the retailer or marketplace where it was purchased for return instructions.
Our support team can still help troubleshoot the lamp before you return it.
Can Friendship Lamps support refund an Amazon or retailer order?
Refunds are usually issued by the company that processed the payment.
If you purchased through Amazon or another retailer, you may need to request the refund through that seller.
Friendship Lamps support can help troubleshoot the product and review warranty options when applicable, but we may not be able to refund an order processed by another seller.
