Your Friendship Lamp may occasionally need a firmware update to stay current and run smoothly. Here’s how to check for updates and install them using the website or the Friendship Lamp app—plus how to turn on automatic updates so you don’t have to worry about it next time.
🌐 On the Website (manager.filimin.com)

Log in to manager.filimin.com.

Click on your lamp to open the settings page.

Look for the Current Firmware section.

If an update is available, you’ll see an Upgrade button next to your firmware version—click it to begin.

Once the update starts, your lamp may restart a few times.

Please do not unplug your lamp during this process.

You’ll receive an email letting you know whether the update was successful or not.
🟠 If the update fails, try moving the lamp closer to your router and try again.
✅ Turn On Auto Upgrade Firmware
While you're in your lamp settings, we highly recommend turning on Auto Upgrade Firmware so your lamp can install future updates automatically. Just click Enable next to “Auto Upgrade Firmware” on the same page.
This makes sure your lamp stays up to date—no clicks or reminders needed!
📱 In the Friendship Lamp App

Open the Friendship Lamp app on your mobile device.

Tap the lamp icon at the bottom of the screen to go to your lamp list.

If an update is available, you’ll see an Upgrade option next to your lamp.

Tap Upgrade and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your lamp may restart several times during the process.

Keep the lamp plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi.

You’ll receive an email once the update is complete.
