Updating Your Friendship Lamp

You'll know your Friendship Lamp needs an update when you see a little blue wrench below the 'online' icon.

Click that blue wrench to begin the update. You'll see a message letting you know that your device may restart several times, and you will receive an email when the process is complete (this may take a few minutes). Please do not unplug your Friendship Lamp while it is updating. The blue wrench icon will turn orange to remind you that your lamp is in the middle of an update.

When the update is complete, you'll receive an email letting you know whether or not the upgrade was successful or failed. If your update was successful but you're still seeing the wrench icon, try refreshing your browser page. If your update failed, try moving your Friendship Lamp closer to your router, then try the update again.
