Please confirm whether you're connecting your Friendship Lamp with our Filimin Bridge Setup or our Advanced Setup Guide (browser setup), then see the appropriate section below for troubleshooting tips.
Power outages can sometimes confuse your Filimin bridge. You may see your lamp blinking blue and green, or blue, green, and pink, after an outage. If your lamp continues blinking these colors after your router's Wi-Fi has been restored, we suggest resetting your bridge.
Make sure the bridge's Ethernet cable is securely clicked into place on both ends. Then, leaving the Ethernet cord connected, unplug the black power cord from your bridge, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. The bridge should illuminate a solid red after several seconds to indicate that it's rebooting, then turn solid green after a few minutes to show that it's online. If your Friendship Lamp does not go online within 15 minutes or rebooting your bridge, please contact support for assistance.
If you have frequent power outages and have to reset your bridge frequently, updating your bridge may help.
Direct to Wi-Fi users (no bridge)
First, check to make sure you're able to access the internet on your other devices. If your internet is working, unplug and replug your Friendship Lamp. If the lamp continues blinking only lime green, it may have been factory reset by the power outage. When your Friendship Lamp is factory reset, the lamp deletes all Wi-Fi credentials it has saved but will remain registered to your account and retain all its group settings and customizations. You can save new Wi-Fi information to your Friendship Lamp by following the instructions in the Advanced Setup Guide (browser setup)
