Currently, the only way to send a touch to the other members of your group is by physically touching your Friendship Lamp or Frame. There is no way to activate your Filimin device remotely through your account on manager.filimin.com.
If you plan on traveling away from home, your Filimin Device is a great travel buddy! There's no limit to the number of networks your device can be reconfigured to. For more about how to set up your device to new networks, see our article Connecting your Friendship Lamp to a new Wi-Fi network. Filimin devices can also be set up to mobile hotspots (see Do I need my own router to use a Filimin Device? for details).
Please note that some guest networks (including Wi-Fi at hotels, businesses, and other public spaces) may have additional security on their networks that adds an extra step to the connection process. Please see Whitelisting your Filimin Device for more information.

The answer above says that this functionality does not currently exist. So I want to ask if the function of "touching" my device remotely will ever be realized. I travel all over the place all the time (hourly, daily, weekly) due to work and simply can't keep dragging my device with me.
