What does "offline" mean?
Whenever your Friendship lamp is showing Offline that means that it is no longer connected to the internet. Your Friendship Lamp will be offline if it is unplugged, not set up yet, or no longer connected to your WiFi. When your lamp is offline you can no longer send or receive touches.
How can I tell if I'm offline?
While you're offline, your Friendship Lamp will not respond to your touch by lighting up a solid color. Instead, it may simply stay dark, blink, or glow a solid color without changing. If your lamp is registered to an account on manager.filimin.com, you can also use the icons next to each lamp on your dashboard to see if they're online or offline.
How can I get online?
When you plug in your Friendship Lamp or Frame, it should immediately begin blinking. The color your lamp blinks can tell you what you need to do next to get connected. Please see Color Status Codes: What your Friendship Lamp is thinking for more information.
If your Friendship Lamp doesn't begin blinking when you plug it in, check to make sure the power cord isn't damaged, then try plugging your lamp into a different outlet. If your lamp still doesn't start blinking (either staying dark or immediately glowing a solid color), please contact us for assistance.
