What does "offline" mean?
Any time your Friendship Lamp or Frame is not connected to the internet, it's offline. Your device will be offline if it's unplugged, not set up yet, or if it's lost connection to Wi-Fi. While you are offline, you will not be able to send or receive touches from other members of your group.
How can I tell if I'm offline?
While you're offline, your Filimin Device will not respond to your touch by lighting up a solid color. Instead, it may simply stay dark, blink, or glow a solid color without changing. If your device is registered to an account on manager.filimin.com, you can also use the icons next to each lamp on your dashboard to see if they're online or offline.
How can I get online?
When you plug in your Friendship Lamp or Frame, it should immediately begin blinking. The color your Filimin Device blinks can tell you what you need to do next to get connected. Please see Color Status Codes: What your Friendship Lamp is thinking for more information.
If your Filimin Device doesn't begin blinking when you plug it in, check to make sure the power cord isn't damaged and try plugging your lamp into a different outlet. If your lamp still doesn't start blinking (either staying dark or immediately glowing a solid color), please contact us for assistance.
