Adding lamps to a group
There is no limit to the number of Friendship Lamps or users that can be in the same group. When you tap your lamp while it's connected to a group, every lamp in that group will change to the same color as what you see on your own Friendship Lamp.
Please keep in mind that your Friendship Lamp can only be in one group at a time. If you own multiple Friendship Lamps, they can each be in their own group without interfering with each other's groups (see Can my lamp be in two different groups?). Additionally, when your Friendship Lamp is offline, it can't communicate with the rest of the group until it's reconnected to Wi-Fi. For more information about how to create a group or add a new Friendship Lamp to an existing group, please see our article on Setting Up Groups and Inviting a Loved One.
To order a custom set of 3 or more pre-grouped lamps, please read our article Can I order a set of 3 or more?. If you're wondering about grouping Friendship Lamps or Frames with different designs, our article Are all Filimin Devices compatible with each other? can help.
Adding lamps to a network
There's no limit to the number of Friendship Lamps that can be connected in the same home or to the same network. Our lamps use very little bandwidth (see Bandwidth and Data Usage).
As a note, the bridge kits that come with some Friendship Lamps are universal for all Filimin products and can be used to connect multiple Friendship Lamps. This means that if you have several lamps you want to connect to your network, you'll only need to connect one bridge kit for them all to use. Having multiple bridges connected at the same location can cause connectivity issues.
