Adding devices to a group
There's no limit to the number of devices or users that can be in the same group. When you tap your device while it's connected to a group, every other device in the group will change to mirror the glow of your own Friendship Lamp or Frame.
Please note that each device can only be in one group at a time, though if a user has multiple devices, they can participate in multiple groups at once (see Can my lamp be in two different groups?). Additionally, offline devices cannot communicate with the rest of the group until they are reconnected to Wi-Fi. For more about how to create a group or add new devices to an existing group, please see our article on Setting Up Groups and Inviting a Loved One.
To order a custom set of 3 or more pre-grouped devices, please read our article Can I order a set of 3 or more?. If you're wondering about grouping Filimin Devices with different designs, our article Are all Filimin Devices compatible with each other? can help.
Adding devices to a network
There's no limit to the number of Friendship Lamps or Frames that can be connected in the same home or to the same network. Our devices use very little bandwidth (see Bandwidth and Data Usage), so you can set up each device as you normally would.
As a note, the bridge kits that come with all our devices now are universal for all Filimin products and can be used to connect multiple Filimin devices. This means that if you have several devices you want to connect to your network, you'll only need to connect one bridge kit for them all to use. Having multiple bridges connected at the same location can cause connectivity issues.
