Return for Replacement
Here at Friendship Lamps, we do offer a limited warranty on your lamp for 1 year, this includes a free replacement lamp! Now we understand that accidents do happen so please know that if your pet happens to get interested in your power cord or lamp we will help fix any damage they may have caused. If the lamp is needing to be replaced and it is out of warranty we do offer discounted lamps.
Returns For Any Reason
If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, please return the item through them, following their return policy. If you purchased your item on our website, you have 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it to return it for any reason.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in new condition, include all pieces shipped with your Filimin, and be in the original packaging. Deductions from your refund will be taken for missing parts or damage resulting from inadequate return packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on the conditions stated above). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
To protect your privacy, once we’ve authorized your refund, we don’t see when it posts to your bank account. So, if you haven’t received a refund yet, here are some helpful tips:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
