FOREVER Return for Repair or Replacement
We stand behind our product 100%. Your Filimin product comes with a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship that never expires! Just contact us at support@filimin.com to initiate a warranty repair. Be sure to include your full contact information, where you made your purchase (which website or retail outlet) and the ID number below the barcode on your Filimin product. If we’re unable to repair a defect not caused by abuse or neglect, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no charge!
(Note: damage caused by carriers will be handled through the carrier’s damage claim process.)
Returns For Any Reason
If you purchased your item through one of our retailers, please return the item through them, following their return policy. If you purchased your item on our website, you have 30 calendar days from the date you purchased it to return it for any reason.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in new condition, include all pieces shipped with your Filimin, and be in the original packaging. Deductions from your refund will be taken for missing parts or damage resulting from inadequate return packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on the conditions stated above). If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
To protect your privacy, once we’ve authorized your refund, we don’t see when it posts to your bank account. So, if you haven’t received a refund yet, here are some helpful tips:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
