If you are having trouble connecting your lamp using the Filimin Bridge, first start by restarting your router and unplugging your Filimin Bridge for about a minute. Once the router is done rebooting, plug in the bridge and try the setup again. If these steps are unsuccessful a firmware update might help. To get the update, contact us with the MAC number printed below the barcode on your bridge:
Then unplug your bridge and leave it unplugged until we email you with further instructions.
